Getting Started

Unalisys can convert a lender's existing working capital lending portfolio, or if new to working capital lending, will assist the lender in developing customized policies, procedures, credit guidelines and business development techniques. The Unalisys Training and Support Center is fully staffed with working capital lending experts committed to making your working capital lending product a success.

Custom Branding

Each eRevenue® and eRevMed subscriber receives free custom branding their software, complete with lender identity including logos. The customization process begins with an eRevenue® analyst who matches each lender's operational requirements to specific eRevenue® features. This defines unique business rules and proprietary credit procedures.

eRevenue^® and eRevMed^SM Services

Services include frequent, no-cost system upgrades and enhancements which are driven by subscriber requests. Each enhancement is focused on greater user efficiencies and competitive features, keeping each working capital lending program cost effective. Although generally no additional training is required with system upgrades, our Support Center and online help features ensure ease of use. With eRevenue® and eRevMed, lenders can now take advantage of new technologies to maintain their competitive edge.

Customer Support

Unalisys maintains three levels of support for subscribers. The first level is user support for day-to-day operational assistance. This first level is administered by the eRevenue® Operations Center, which is fully staffed with representatives to answer questions from 8am - 8pm EST. The second level of support provides management-level users' assistance in manipulating and retrieving data in the eRevenue® database. Lastly, the eRevenue® system is supported with 24 hour on-call Level III Technical Support to resolve questions involving servers and security.
